With warm weather and high expectation, Kaiser Group Tianjin Branch starts an outward development activity named as “Challenge our-selves & Smelt our team” at Tianjin Qilihai training base.

  The first game named as “team movement”, which asks the 4 teams practice 4 different beats and finally combines as an intact movement. From the “disorder type” of the very beginning to the finished “Kaiser Movement”, every of us feel the importance of cooperation.

  Next comes to the game of “Dragons get water”. All the members are divided into equally 2 groups, we need to get as many bottles of water as possible under the certain rules. This game test us the understanding and decision for optimum resources distribution.

  “Hearts beat with drums” should be the most excited response testing game. Each of us will hold one rope connected with the drum and juggle the ball, the team will win by juggling more times. The core of this game is to unify the height, speed and force of everyone when moving.

  Except for the above games, we also hold some other ones as “bingo888” “beanbag game” “loop passing through” to practice our response speed and teamwork ability. We all get more acknowledgement of ourselves and our team.

  During this activity,colleague from different departments begin to know each other, and different departments which not working so closely also starts to cooperate. Not only do we found the fun of interaction, but also we realize the importance of capability and cooperation in team building. We sincerely anticipate the surprises and significance which will brought by next time’s activity.

  After sun setting, we happily finish one day training and come back with fruitful results.
