The Luoyang CP Food Factory project, which is constructed by Kaiser Dalian Company dispatched management team, is at the stage of completion acceptance. The project team uphold Kaiser “Satisfy the needs of client” goal. All the staffs stay at the site to work overtime. So they could not attend Dalian headquarter August outdoor training and sea carnival activities held last week. Therefore, they misses the chance of attending this activity and reunion with family.

      But giving each employee a sense of belonging is what Kaiser has been working for. No matter where the project scattered, how far apart, the team’s spirit and strength will be a prairie fire to be inherited. Kaiser’s traditional “Family Day” event is a team activity that strengthens team cohesion, delivers teamwork, and promotes communication between employees and their families.

     On the last weekend of August, Kaiser Dalian Company organized a two-day family day for the Luoyang CP Food Factory project.

       During the two-day event, Kaiser’s staff and family members visited Luoyang CP Food Factory project which the project team members worked for six months; come to know that CP owners are trying to produce meat processed products; toured the Luoyang’s historic buildings – the Sui and Tang Dynasties Ruins Park; and continued the theme spirit of Dalian company in August by challenging the Luoyang Laojun Mountian which is 2192 meters above sea level.

      Visitors did not take too many photos at the owner production line due to confidentiality reason, but in fact the owners of Luoyang CP Food Factory is very open “Kaiser Family Day Activities”. Kaiser’s family members have learned about the food factory projects Kaiser has built in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and are also learning about our work. Thank the owners for the trust, but also thank the owners for the affirmation to Kaiser‘s work done behind the trust!

      Family day activity is one of Kaiser’s traditional culture construction, there is a long time in Kaiser’s history. The biggest achievement of the family day brings to Kaiser is that employees have a relaxed and stable family relationships, get a sense of belonging in the work, feel the spirit of teamwork and strength.

      A normal but full of moving scenes- family day is over, but Kaiser’s spiritual strength is inexhaustible due to the inheritance of this time and again. Family Day – Kaiser has maintained a fine tradition, like eighteen years Kaiser focus on high-tech industrial building construction, “stay hunger, stay foolish and building integrity forever”!
