On October 26, 2017, Yaskawa Electric (Shenyang) Phase III project, held a solemn ceremony celebrating the topping-out. It is the first project topping-out held by Kaiser this year in Shenyang.

The project started in June 2017. And will go on for a total of 11 months.

In view of the importance of the thirdphase thegeneral manager of Yaskawa Electric (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. Mr. 塚畑浩一said at the topping-out ceremony: “The project start time has been delayed for some reasons, however, after the start of the work, thanks to the efforts by all of you, the project construction goes very smoothly, and finally we are gathered here today to celebrate thetopping-out of phase III, we are very grateful to Kaiser construction and all the relevant personnel involved in this project.

Japan Yaskawa Electric Co., Ltd. (YASKAWA) was founded in 1915. Yaskawa is one of the world’s top robot arm, servo device, motor, and control machine manufacturers. In the last company performance report just published by Yaskawa Electric Co., Ltd., corporate sales and profits reached a new record high; especially servo motors and robots show particularly strong growth in China.

Kaiser is committed to help Yaskawa to reach its goal of continued growth here in China. Thanks to our team’s efforts and the strong support from Yaskawa, we will close the workshop before winter. Once the envelop is closed, we will carry out crucial indoor works: Air Conditioning, duct work, fire related works, ventilation, and pre-decoration. We are happy to announce that we will deliver this project in time and on budget.
